Also included in this latest document disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a key labelling distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for dock shelters.
